Prisme Palace & Plane of Radiance Images
This mythal-cloaked planeshifting spelljamming citadel, with "doors" more than large enough to accomidate a great wyrm's wingspan, incorporates a vast number of extra dimensional spaces and portals to various demiplanes. The Prisme Palace hosts numerous planewalking and spelljamming travelers who are allowed to trade and mingle within a relative margin of safety. Somewhat of a mobile rival to other marketplaces like Sigil and Gehenna's Teardrop Palace, it spends most of its time drifting about the iridescent expanse of the Plane of Radiance. Creatures capable of assuming a humanoid form are greatly encouraged to do so while within the bounds of the mythal.
A female Great Wyrm Time* Dragon of indeterminate age and origin... going by the moniker "The Perpetual Dynast Eterness"... rules here along with a rotating cabal of various outsiders who share a common interest in experimenting with and developing various kinds of arcane and psionic power. Most who rule and dwell here openly distrust deities and primordials alike, and while never confronting them directly, make a point of keeping their influence here in check.
